These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stratuscope website and enrollment in any Stratuscope program, including the Intentional Launchpad ("the Program"). By using this website or enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Stratuscope is operated by Stratuscope LLC, based in Wyoming, USA. If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at info@stratuscope.com.
2. The Program
Intentional Launchpad is a guided, cohort-based program delivered over 4 weeks, including live sessions, structured exercises (including a Business Canvas and MVP build), and a future community access for enrolled participants. Cohort dates, format, and session schedule will be confirmed at enrollment. Access to program materials and community spaces is for personal use by the enrolled participant only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule a cohort start date if minimum enrollment isn't met, and will notify participants as early as possible.
3. Payment
Full payment (or an agreed installment plan, if offered) is required to secure your spot in a cohort. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: full refunds are available before your cohort starts, and a completion-based guarantee applies after the cohort begins if you've completed your Business Canvas, and completed the task for each live session (sessions are recorded, so attending live isn't required, just make sure the work gets done and you can show it).
5. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, worksheets, videos, and materials provided as part of the Program (including the 1-Page Business Builder and any Stratuscope-branded content) remain the intellectual property of Stratuscope. You're welcome to use these materials for your own business or project. You may not repackage, teach, or resell them as your own without written permission. Any business idea, content, or IP you bring into or develop during the Program remains yours.
6. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
Stratuscope provides guidance, structure, and support to help you build and validate your idea. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or success, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and market conditions. Our commitment is to program delivery and the completion guarantee described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy - not to guaranteed business outcomes.
7. Participant Conduct
Cohorts are a shared space. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program, without refund, for conduct that is abusive, harassing, or disruptive to the group.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stratuscope is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the Program. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting active cohort participants will be communicated directly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
