Stop sitting on your

 idea.

You don't need another course on business theory.

You need a validated plan:

Who you're building for, the problem you're solving, and a solid path forward

Four weeks, small group, real progress.

The Problem This Solves

You've got an idea. Maybe a few. You think about them more than you'd like to admit, but every time you try to move forward, it gets messy. Too many directions. No clear next step. So it stays an idea. This isn't a training program. It's not here to teach you agile methodology for its own sake. It's here to get you unstuck: to take what's in your head and turn it into a plan you actually trust enough to act on.

This is for you if:

  • You have a business idea (or a few) and haven't moved past thinking about it You want real validation, not just more brainstorming
  •  You're ready to commit real time and money because you're at the point where you need this to move

  • You want a small group and direct feedback, not a course you watch alone

This probably isn't for you if:

  • You're not ready to invest yet and just want to explore ideas casually (Ideationary is the better starting point)
  • You've already validated your idea and need help building or scaling it (a future offer, not this one)

What You'll Walk Away With

By the end of the cohort, you'll have a completed Business Canvas covering:

  •  Who you're building for and their journey
  • The problem you're solving and your unique value proposition
  • Your vision, mission, and SMART goals
  • The risks in your plan and how you're mitigating them
  • What you'll delegate so you're not doing everything alone

That canvas isn't just a worksheet. It's built to double as the foundation for a pitch deck, so what you leave with is something you can actually use, whether that's to raise funding, bring in a co-founder, or just move forward with confidence.

How It Works

4-week live cohort, 6 to 10 people, 2 sessions a week, 60 to 90 minutes each, via Zoom

What's included:

  •  8 live sessions with direct, small-group feedback
  • Because this is a small pilot cohort, some 1:1 time is available where useful
  • Business Canvas template, built session by session as you go
  • A finished canvas structured to convert directly into a pitch deck

Meet Your Guide

I've spent the last few years thinking about ideas more than I'd like to admit, not because I didn't care, but because starting felt unclear. Too many directions, no simple way to move forward. Intentional Launchpad is what I built to fix that: a small, structured cohort that gets you from "I've been thinking about this" to a plan you're ready to act on.

Pricing

Investment: $2,000 USD per participant

This is a pilot cohort: small by design, so you get real feedback and room for 1:1 time where it's useful. Future cohorts may look different as this scales.

Our Guarantee.

Cancel before your cohort starts for a full refund, no questions asked.

Once your cohort begins: sessions are recorded, so missing one live isn't the issue. What matters is completing each session's task and finishing your Business Canvas. Do that, and if you still feel it didn't deliver value, we'll refund you in full.

FAQ

What if I have more than one idea?

Week 1 is built for that. Session one is specifically about validating and prioritizing, so you'll leave with one clear direction, not several half-formed ones..

What if I can't attend a live session?

Sessions are recorded, so you won't miss the content. What matters for the completion guarantee is finishing each session's task, not being live on every call. If you do miss one, catch up on the recording and complete the work. Need help with any of that? Email info@stratuscope.com.

Do I need to already have a business idea to apply?

No. A rough idea or general direction is enough.

Getting from a vague concept to something specific is part of what the cohort does, starting with the validation and prioritization session in Week 1.

Is this an agile training course?

No. You won't come away certified in anything. This is about getting your specific idea validated and mapped out, using a few sharp tools rather than a full framework.

What happens after the cohort ends?

We're looking at an ongoing space for alumni to stay connected, along with a follow-on offer: a stripped-down agile course built for running the business itself, not software development. Nothing to promise yet, but there's a path to keep going after this cohort if you want it.

When does the next cohort start?

Applications are open now for a start day of October 6 2026.

Your idea doesn't need more thinking. It needs a validated plan.
